BEEF STROGANOFF - YUM!!!!!!!

 



I PROMISED AWHILE AGO THATI WOU8LD SHARE MY SIMPLE BEEF STROGRANOFF RECIPE. HERE IT IS:


GO TO THE MEATBALL REICPE IN THE BLOG. TAKE THE JUICE FROM THE MEATBALLS AND ADD SOME SAUTEED MUSHROOMS. 2 SMALL CANS OF MUSHROOMS SHOULD SUFFICE, BUT IT'S UP TO YOU!

YOU COULD ALSO USE BEEF CHUNKS OR HAMBURGER MEAT. IT SHOULD BE A MEAT THAT WILL GIVE YOU LOTS OF LIQUID FOR THE SAUCE.

THEN MIX IN SOME BEEF BOULLION,2  CUBES, OR 2 TEASPOONS OF BETTER THAN BOULLION,  AND ONCE THAT IS MIXED NICELY,  ADD ABOUT 2 CUPS OF SOUR CREAM.

MIX AND SERVE W.ITH MEATBALLS OVER NOODLES OR RICE. (SPICE TO TASTE.)
