When I was in South Korea, I loved to sip on soju cocktails. Soju is a grain alcohol usually made from rice, wheat, or barley from Korea. I didn't like drinking it by itself. I would drink it when mixed with various fruit juices. When we went to a bar called Izakaya, they would serve the drinks inside of beautiful, arty vase-like pitchers. They were very deceitful drinks because they didn't taste very powerful. So, pay attention, because before you know it, you may need a taxi home!
