So, this statement sparked my interest. I decided to watch a whole episode. I was hooked! For those of you that don't know, this show is the creation of Mindy Kahling+ from the office. She was born on June 24, 1979 and is a Cancer - which means she's a good business person. Her co-stars include Chris Messina+(born , 1974, Leo- a natural born performer), Ike Barinholtz
In any case, the show is about an uptight, yet amazingly, somewhat liberal doctor+ named Mindy and her associates at her medical practice. They are a mix of incompatible personalities who somehow work and play together. Every episode invites us into seemingly realistic situations that become completely and ridiculously overblown and crazily funny!!! I tried to get a guy friend of mine to watch it because he reminds me of the Chris Messina character, but he thinks it's a girls' show. Not true! This show has enough hijinks, men, and sexy talk that should intrigue the more "masculine" viewer. So, watch the Mindy Project! You'll finally find something unique on noncable television!!!
Now, for the gourmet part: I was watching the show the other day and I wanted a nice, light snack during my night of comedy. So, I grabbed a strawberry+ moscato+. It was the first time I ever tried this wine, but it was delicious. It was bubbly, fruity, and refreshing. What made it even better was that I paired it with crisp, sweet apple+ slices and grapes+. The moscato made each fruit taste even fresher and yummier. The best part is that I didn't feel full, just happily satisfied! Try it!
